Before the draft, the bath houses disappeared. Since then... I was walking near the forest, and half the trees were losing their leaves. I got some food from the market this morning, and it had rotted before I could even make it back to my apartment.

Did you notice anything about the bathhouse? Did it leave any trace at all that it had once been there? Broken walls, overgrown foundations?
